Team Game

I am making a game for anybody willing to learn about what it would be like to run for president. It will require some previous knowledge, but there will be enough information available for the player to know what is going on. This game will be for all ages, however it may be difficult for younger players. I will NOT make this game offensive in any way. It will be historically accurate and will have things going on that were going on at that time.

My game will teach players what it will take in order to become the President. My game isn't a social issue, so I do not need to show multiple perspectives.

My game starts in the present. You get started on campaigning and everything you need to do. Things aren't going so well for you, so you decide to do a bunch of research on what it takes. You come across an odd book  that has to do with previous presidents. You realize that it is a magic book that has the ability to take you back in time. You can go back to talk to all of the presidents that have been deemed successful. In the beginning you choose whether you want to be a Republican or Democrat, so when you get this book, if you are a Republican, you go talk to Republican presidents. If you choose Democrat, you will go talk to Democratic presidents. I feel that this will not only help the player to learn about presidents, it will make the learning experience be a great one.

This doesn't teach the whole world, but it most definitely will teach all Americans about mostly history. This game will give people a better understanding of what it takes to become the president. It will also teach everyone about presidents and what they did during their terms of presidency that was right and helpful and that was wrong and hurtful. The player will use what they learned from the previous presidents to effectively attempt to run for president.

  1. This game has a great idea. It seems as if it will be a lot of fun and you could learn a lot.
